The Group Partnerships Manager will be a highly capable Development professional to join an expanding department specialising in Partnership housing.
As Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for leading a team to manage, assess and report on the feasibility of new business opportunities as presented by the Development Land teams, tendering opportunities, forging long term relationships internally and with clients to deliver optimised schemes with Crest Nicholson Plc. The role will require excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills working closely with Planning, Commercial, Development, Land and Technical teams internally along with clients, solicitors, local authorities, Homes England and employers agents externally.
The successful applicant will evidence excellent leadership, co-ordinating and reporting skills, be adaptable and able to identify risk and opportunity and be able to input on Group wide strategy.
This is a Group role and will require the individual to attend meetings at divisions and site offices including Head office, as well as external organisations, occasional evening, weekend or overnight stays may be required
Qualifications & Training:
· Educated to HNC or degree level
· Relevant professional qualification (MAPM or MRICS desirable)
Experience:
· House Builder or Registered provider development experienced
· Demonstrable project / development management skills
· Experience of working with LA, housing and Homes England
· A proven track record working as or with Employers Agents
· Construction contract administration
· Experience in Build Agreements and standard form contracts (JCT & NEC)
· Experience in residential development
· Experience in managing and leading project teams
· Experience in presenting concise and clear information and reports to Executive Boards
