Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team in the High Wycombe area.

With just one survey per day, our clients are strongly focused on quality over quantity.
Working hours:
1. As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time (Monday–Friday)

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
3. Basic salary between £45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
4. Discretionary Bonus
5. Car Allowance
6. 20 days holiday + bank holidays
7. Private Healthcare
Residential Surveyor requirements:
8. Minimum AssocRICS qualified
9. Min 1 years’ experience
10. VRS (preferred, but not essential)
11. UK driving license
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
13. Carrying out Level 2 reports (Essential)
14. Conducting Level 3 Surveys (training can be provided for this for the right candidate)
