The Role
As General Manager, you will take responsibility for the full day-to-day operation of the hotel.
You will:
* Lead all departments including rooms, front of house, food & beverage and events
* Recruit, develop and manage department heads and teams
* Implement systems, structure and consistent standards across the business
* Work closely with the Head Chef to align the overall guest experience
* Oversee ongoing improvements and operational development
* Manage budgets, cost control and commercial performance
* Drive service standards and guest satisfaction
* Build a positive, professional and accountable team culture
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring presence, decision-making and the ability to bring people together.
