Role Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of Electrical works under their control, including safety checks and industry standards, reporting non-compliance.
* Respond promptly to progress updates and requests from the Project Manager.
* Liaise with site teams to ensure timely completion of works.
* Complete quality checks to ensure standards are met.
* Quality assure others' work and highlight corrections during site works.
* Monitor and report progress against the plan, highlighting delays to mitigate project risks.
* Communicate with site teams during all project phases.
* Provide electrical support and knowledge to team members.
* Complete handover documentation and NIC Certification within specified timescales.
* Complete required Health & Safety actions on a site-by-site basis, recording and reporting on the Bilfinger UK Systems.
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience in industrial electrical works, preferably in the water industry.
* Completed similar roles with a focus on quality assurance.
* Qualifications: 18th Edition IEE Regulations, ECS Card, Electrical/Electronic Engineering certification.
* Desirable: Water Card (EUSR), Thames Water Passport, 2391 Inspection.
* Skills: Good communication, organisational skills, attention to detail, time management, high discretion and confidentiality.
