Key Responsibilities:
* Process incoming B2B sales orders via phone, email, and online systems
* Communicate order confirmations, delivery updates, and lead times to customers
* Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
* Handle customer returns and follow the returns process efficiently
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, product availability, and delivery options
* Provide administrative support to Account Managers, including order follow-ups and customer queries
* Keep internal systems and records accurate and current
* Contribute to a positive team environment within our 6-person support team
