We are seeking dedicated SEN/SEND tutors who are ready to engage with at-risk youth in a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed manner. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing their educational journey and overall well-being.

Your Role as an SEN/SEND Tutor:
* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs.
* Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys.
* Deliver flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute tailored teaching sessions that meet the unique needs of each student.
* Create engaging and holistic learning experiences that foster educational and emotional growth.
* Complete lesson reports and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS).
* A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs.
* Knowledge of safeguarding processes.
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed).
* Two professional references.
* Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.
It is essential that you promote the health, safety, and well-being of children and adhere to safeguarding policies at all times.
Employment Details:
* This position involves engaging with us as a Worker for short-term assignments as they arise.
* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE.
* No guaranteed work hours or expense coverage.
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position.
