We’re working with a fast-growing Birmingham-based organisation looking to expand their recruitment team with a confident, people-focused Recruitment Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of recruitment experience, or someone with the right personality, drive, and commercial mindset looking to move into recruitment and make a real impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding contractors to support national operations. You’ll need to be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Whether you’re already in a resourcing or admin role and ready for more, or you’ve got the personality and people skills to succeed in recruitment – we want to hear from you. Your key responsibilities as Recruitment Coordinator will include: Managing the full recruitment cycle from advertising to onboarding Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms Screening and shortlisting applicants Deliver recruitment reports and support with KPI tracking Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance Working closely with internal teams to meet resource needs The ideal candidate will have 6 months of recruitment/resourcing experience but personality is key, experience with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn) is desirable. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people daily. You will be organised, driven and results focused and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and meeting/exceeding KPIs. The salary on offer is £26,000pa plus a KPI based bonus (available after probation) and a bonus package which includes 24 days annual leave (increases with services) plus bank holidays, health insurance, free gym memberships, free cinema tickets, comprehensive training, employee recognition and career growth.
