We are looking for a Press Brake Operator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working with metal parts, technical drawings, and press brake machinery. You will need to work accurately, follow specifications, check quality, and help keep production running smoothly. What you'll do? * Set up and run press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to the correct specification. * Read technical drawings and follow the right bending sequence and dimensions. * Check finished parts for quality, accuracy, and measurements. * Work with the production team to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes. * Keep your work area safe, clean, and organised. What we're looking for? * Experience operating press brake machinery is essential; experience with Trumpf machines would be an advantage, although training can be provided. * Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise measurements. * Confidence using measuring tools such as callipers and micrometres. * A positive team player who works well in a collaborative manufacturing environment. * A practical approach, good attention to detail, and a strong awareness of safety in a factory environment.
