Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive: Proactively generate new business to support the company's growth plans. Initiate and conduct marketing campaigns to generate leads and appointments through tele-marketing, mailshots, networking, and referrals. Track and monitor the progress of each target market project, including conversion rates for leads, appointments, quotes, and sales. Generate and support new business appointments and sales to meet individual targets, self-monitoring sales activity to maximize opportunities. Support target market focus projects across the company. Support sales incentives such as cross-selling, networking, and referrals.
