About the Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis, to the Managing Director within our Gas Turbines division.
The PA will provide administration and organisational support to the Managing Director, and other Score Energy Directors as may be required.
This role is a maternity cover and will be for a one year FTC. We will consider
part time
and
full time
candidates for this role.
Primary responsibilities
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
* Manage Managing Director's Inbox, diary and appointments
* Collation of weekly, monthly, and yearly data
* Answer telephone calls and take messages
* Manage documentation – filing/shredding/scanning/printing
* Administration and correspondence duties – letters, faxes, e-mails, minutes and reports
* Make travel arrangements
* Stationery Ordering and Cost Management
* Create and maintain documents using MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Provide Administrative Support to the Customer Support and predominantly the Energy Sales Teams, including engagement in marketing initiatives, data compilation and management and customer visit support
* Management of Reception cover, ensuring continuous coverage, which may include self in this duty for short periods of time if required
* Provide Administrative Support to other Energy departments as may be necessary from absence coverage through to top level coordination
* Various Score Energy support activities including Pool Car Management and other total business support requirements
* Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualification to minimum level 3 in Administration
* Sound working knowledge of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Relevant administration experience within Score Energy Limited or demonstrable experience in a similar role with another company
