We seek a talented Account Manager to shape our future by acting as the strategic voice between Convergence and leading private and public sector organizations in the UK.
Your Impact
1. Own the Portfolio: Manage a strategic customer base, driving growth and retention while delivering exceptional value.
2. Advise with Authority: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through WAN, LAN, WiFi, and Network Security solutions.
3. Drive Growth: Identify new opportunities and increase revenue through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
4. Build True Partnerships: Strengthen relationships and align solutions to help customers achieve their goals.
What You’ll Do
1. Own and Grow: Take responsibility for your customer portfolio, focusing on retention, profitability, and growth.
2. Be a Strategic Partner: Build relationships with senior stakeholders, guide strategy, and deliver solutions across LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Network Security.
3. Drive Sales Excellence: Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline to close, using models like SCOTSMAN.
4. Plan and Perform: Develop Account Development Plans with KPIs, and engage clients through site visits, QBRs, and strategic sessions.
5. Deliver Seamlessly: Collaborate with Customer Success and Service Delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
What You Bring
* At least 3 years of success in Managed LAN/WAN solution sales.
* Experience with recurring revenue models in ISP or IT Managed Services.
* Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Extreme, or similar vendors, and Network Security tools.
* Ability to engage at multiple levels, from engineers to executives.
* Proven success in networking sales, from BAU to major negotiations.
* Commercial acumen with outcome-based selling experience.
* Confidence in shaping deals and leading C-Level discussions.

* Salary: £40,600 + uncapped double OTE + Car allowance
