Programmatic Specialist (Contract) Location: London (Hybrid / Remote within UK possible)
Contract Type: Full-time, Contract (36 months with potential extension)
About Us We are a performance-focused digital marketing team working with brands across e-commerce, technology, and B2B. To strengthen our media capabilities, we are seeking a Programmatic Specialist (Contract) to manage and optimise programmatic campaigns across display, video, and emerging channels.
Role Overview The Programmatic Specialist will take ownership of programmatic buying and optimisation across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr. The role is hands-on, requiring strong technical knowledge, campaign execution skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results within short timeframes.
Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and optimise programmatic campaigns across display, video, CTV, and native formats.

Manage campaigns in platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, or equivalent DSPs.

Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modelling to maximise ROI.

Oversee private marketplace (PMP) deals and direct publisher negotiations.

Monitor daily performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and creatives to achieve KPIs.

Generate regular reports with actionable insights on campaign performance.

Collaborate with creative, data, and client teams to ensure campaigns align with wider marketing goals.

Stay on top of industry trends, ad tech updates, and programmatic best practices.

Requirements 3+ years experience in programmatic campaign management (agency or in-house).

Strong proficiency with DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs.

Experience managing large-scale budgets (£20k+/month).

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.

Understanding of brand safety, ad fraud, and viewability best practices.

Knowledge of data-driven targeting, DMP/CDP integration, and audience strategies.

Immediate availability or short notice start preferred.

Contract Details Duration: 36 months (extension possible)

Location: London-based (hybrid or fully remote within UK)

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Day Rate / Fee: Competitive, dependent on experience (inside or outside IR35 to be agreed)
