About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join our Cardiff team in our new City Centre Office.

As a Senior or Principal Engineer, you will support and deliver electrical designs for various projects, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-standard solutions, secure repeat business, and develop team members.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing the technical delivery of electrical design services for multiple projects.
* Developing initial strategic concepts ensuring compliance with standards.
* Engaging with stakeholders and communicating project briefs effectively.
* Monitoring project budgets, resources, and deliverables.
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
About you
To succeed, you should have:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer with a record of delivering complex projects.
* Experience with modern technical processes and software such as BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, and Relux.
* Experience working with clients, contractors, and architects in a design or consultancy role.
* Self-awareness, openness, and a collaborative spirit.
* Experience supporting others' development.
