An attractive commission structure. Financial bonuses and company social events. The Investment Sales Consultant role: Manage inbound enquiries and efficiently respond to warm leads. Understand investor objectives and respond appropriately. Have a core sales focus, match up property investment opportunities to the right investor and get them committed to the purchase. Carry out research and prepare materials for investors to ensure opportunities are maximised, showcasing relevant knowledge. Update the CRM system with effective notes and accurate data. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services. Completing associated administration tasks. Conducting viewings on developments/show apartments. Updating investors with new buy-to-let opportunities that are available. Qualify clients, build strong relationships, and educate them on investing in property. Analyse real estate market trends and conditions to identify potential investment opportunities. The person: Investment sales experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals required (not necessarily property) Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Ability to listen and follow instructions to develop product, industry, and sales knowledge. Able to easily grasp various software, systems and follow processes. Strong sales background in a consultative sales environment. Demonstration of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skilled in building client-consultant rapport. A proactive mentality, with a positive mindset and upbeat attitude. Knowledge about the property industry ( essential ). Able to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly analyse information/financial figures ( desirable ).
