This vacancy has come about due to continued growth This team acts for PLC, regional and SME house builders, registered providers of affordable housing, land promoters and PRS investors & developers, across a wide range of residential and residential-led mixed-use developments. The Role You will handle a varied caseload, including: High-value residential development and investment projects Collaboration agreements and development agreements Advising on rights of pre-emption Conditional contracts, transfers and options About You Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years’ PQE Background in residential development work Knowledge of the UK living sector, with expertise in housebuilding and/or strategic land, is desirable What's on Offer A clear career path in a nice firm with a very strong work/life balance – this office is usually empty by 5.30pm!
