As our Service & Parts Operations Manager, you’ll take the reins of a high-potential department inside a brand-new, climate-controlled building featuring 17 fully equipped service bays. You’ll lead a team of talented technicians and parts specialists, fine-tune operations, and elevate customer satisfaction—all while building a powerhouse department that services all makes and models.
Requirements:
? 3+ years in a service and/or parts management role
? Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
? Proven ability to improve processes, drive performance, and enhance customer satisfaction
? Comfortable working with dealership management systems (experience with CDK is a huge plus, but not required)
? Knowledge of servicing all makes and models—automotive, machinery, or heavy equipment
? Results-oriented, proactive, and ready to grow a high-performing department
