Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:
3. Standard costing & product cost analysis
4. Yield and efficiency improvement
5. Margin performance and cost control
6. Turning reporting into clear operational actions
7. Challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
8. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews
9. Bridging the gap between finance and the factory floor
You'll spend meaningful time on-site, building credibility with operational teams and understanding how processes truly drive cost.
The Successful Applicant
We want an ambitious, commercially minded finance business partner who:
10. Has manufacturing or FMCG experience
11. Understand standard costing and operational finance
12. Are confident challenging stakeholders
13. Are comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
