The role will also include management responsibilities for our Leamington Spa consultation clinic.Key Responsibilities You will be customer facing and you will help drive performance for the practice. You’ll also be responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the practice; a key part of your role will be developing the team and also promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients.You will have strong management experience within an Optical setting or high-end retail.
