Your Role

As we continue to grow, we need a proactive generalist who can deliver operational excellence and provide practical HR guidance to managers throughout the employee life cycle.
From onboarding and policy updates to handling probation reviews and low-level ER matters, you’ll bring a practical, people-focused approach to your work. You’ll apply your knowledge of UK employment law with confidence, while contributing to the consistency of our global practices. Requirements
What you need to succeed
1. Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR lifecycle processes, with a commitment to applying HR best practice.
2. Some exposure to international HR or working across multiple regions is advantageous.
3. Experience handling low-complexity employee relations cases ( probation concerns, minor conduct issues).
4. Background in generalist HR roles, preferably within fast-paced or rapidly changing environments.
5. Comfortable working in dynamic settings with shifting priorities and a degree of ambiguity.
6. Confident in coaching and supporting line managers, building strong working relationships across the business.
7. Able to manage day-to-day HR processes independently, including onboarding, offboarding, policy updates, and probation reviews.
8. Digitally confident, with experience using SaaS-based HR systems and tools.
9. Has contributed to the delivery of people-related projects, such as performance reviews or employee engagement surveys.

10. Experience of working in a robotics / computer software / similar technical domain
