Move Residential are looking to recruit a highly organised administrator, with excellent IT skills and impeccable attention to detail. You must have a professional telephone manager and the ability to prioritise your own workload. You will be highly proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook. You should also possess fast and accurate typing skills.
Duties will generally include:
· Preparing property details including brochures, window displays and on-line details
· Taking incoming telephone calls
· Speaking to clients and providing excellent customer service
· Producing letters and emails
· Daily use of Word, Excel and databases
· Assist the Directors, Head of Operations and Sales Manager on a daily basis
· General office duties
Salary of £30,000 working Monday -Friday 8:30-5:30
