Class 1 required – Tramping – ongoing / possible temp to perm
Rapier Employment are looking for a Class 1 driver (tramping) to support our well-known client based in Abingdon and join their expanding team.
** New passes are welcome to apply, but this does require nights out. Majority of the time, it will be nights out. On the odd occasion you may be required to come back to the yard same day **
Position: Class 1 Driver
Salary: £ – £ per hour
Work: Monday – Friday with weekends when required
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Expected hours: 45 hours per week
Night out allowance: £ per night
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
1. Deliver, install and recover products from customer sites
2. Able to maintain accurate paperwork/electronic records
3. Ability to operate heavy equipment (crane) or willing to be trained
4. Able to work as part of a team and have good interpersonal skills
5. Knowledge of hand tools
6. Must be able to adhere to Health & Safety procedures and rules
7. Ability to work a flexible schedule
8. Reliable and trustworthy, good timekeeper, able to use their own initiative and highly motivated
Requirements:
9. Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
10. CPC Card
11. Digi Card
