This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist within Renfrewshire HSCP. The post is full-time although part time options may be considered provide resilience to the service This post is set within a multidisciplinary team working across acute and community supporting those with frailty to maximise their independence and wellbeing within their local communities, supporting early discharge and preventing avoidable hospital admissions.
