What You'll Be Doing
* Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat
* Resolving queries related to accounts, billing, orders, and service issues
* Providing clear, accurate information in a friendly and professional manner
* Troubleshooting basic service or technical issues and escalating when needed
* Updating customer records accurately using CRM systems
* Following company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
* Working closely with other teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
What We're Looking For
* Previous customer service or customer-facing experience
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* A calm, empathetic approach when handling queries or complaints
* Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
* Comfortable using IT systems and multiple screens
