We’re working with a respected consultancy who are expanding their Gloucester Civils team and are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to take a lead role in technical delivery and team development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with strong design expertise across highways, drainage, and infrastructure to step into a role with real influence and progression.
The role:
* Lead the technical delivery of civil engineering designs across a variety of projects
* Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in output
* Apply your expertise in highways, drainage, and infrastructure design
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Gloucester office
Sectors you’ll be working in:

What we’re looking for:
* 8+ years’ post-graduate experience within civil engineering consultancy
* Strong technical skills with MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
* Proven experience delivering infrastructure, highways, and drainage designs
* A proactive leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills
