Higher Level Teaching Assistant/Teaching Assistant - Haddenham Community Infant School
We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with HLTA status, or the aspiration to train towards this status, to join our team in September 2025.
The successful candidate will work alongside a supportive and experienced team to inspire them and enable them to make excellent progress.
Term time only: Yes
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: Range 2 - 3, depending on experience and qualifications (FTE £25,625 - £30,174)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm, term time only

About you
We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for helping pupils reach their full potential. They should have worked within a range of classroom settings and demonstrate a strong understanding of the curriculum, behaviour management skills and the confidence to lead learning independently.
The candidate will have good communication skills, initiative, and a positive nurturing approach that fosters pupil engagement and progress.
