Overview
Estee Lauder Companies is seeking Beauty Advisors based at Belfast International Airport. Roles are available as full-time (36 hours per week over 4 days) or part-time (24 hours per week over 3 days). Flexible availability including weekends is required. Early shifts start at 5am and a late finish is 7:30pm. Free airport staff car parking is available.
We are looking for a team of people who offer a welcoming and authentic service to passengers to achieve service and sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Share excellent product knowledge with customers
* Communicate effectively with customers and engage with them comfortably
* Represent the brand in line with personal grooming guidelines
* Identify customer needs and offer best-in-class service
* Work as a team to help colleagues achieve business results
* Actively participate in brand training
* Maintain counter standards in-store with high levels of cleanliness, visual merchandising and testers

Experience we are looking for

* Enthusiasm for authentic personalised customer service

* Sales and goal orientation
* Flexibility to work across different brands (fragrance, skincare or makeup)
Requirements
* To work in the airport you must have Airside Clearance and obtain an ID Pass to access the airport
* You will require five years of employment/educational checks and a Criminal Reference Check
