Our client, a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking Skilled Aircraft Fitters to join their dynamic team at the historic Filton site. This is your chance to contribute to the production of world‑class aircraft.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assembling aircraft components to exacting standards
* Interpreting engineering drawings and instructions
* Using hand and power tools for drilling, shimming, and sealing
* Working in confined spaces and at heights
* Certifying your own work after training
Qualifications:
* Completed apprenticeship in an engineering discipline (e.g., aircraft technician, sheet metal worker, toolmaker)
* NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent in engineering
* Experience in fitting or assembly roles
* Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
* Strong commitment to health & safety
