Head of Sales & Marketing (Maternity Cover)
Cadogan Hall, one of London’s leading concert venues, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing for a maternity cover contract (March 2026 – March 2027). With responsibility for leading our marketing and sales strategy, this pivotal role sits on the senior management team and will drive revenue and audience awareness for one of the capital’s busiest live performance venues.
Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and manage Cadogan Hall’s marketing and sales team
* Deliver comprehensive audience development and income generation strategies within managed budgets
* Oversee the Hall’s digital ambitions, including online sales, website, and CRM
* Collaborate with our resident orchestra, artistic partners, and commercial promoters
* Represent Cadogan Hall in local and national networks
* Drive cutting‑edge initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and AI
About you
* Experience leading marketing, PR, and sales functions in the performing arts
* Advanced understanding of box office systems (ideally Spektrix)
* Track record in developing brand and audience strategies
* Exceptional communications, organisational, and budgeting skills
* Ability to inspire your team and collaborate across functions
* Strategic thinker and confident influencer
* 25 days annual leave plus public holidays (pro rata)
