Role: Integration Finance Expert | Driving Post-Acquisition Success
Location: Hybrid, London Area
STOIX has been retained by a thriving, listed international group that seeks a qualified accountant to spearhead the financial integration of newly acquired companies, a key driver of their growth strategy.
Your Mission:
As the Integration Finance Expert, you'll be the central finance partner for new acquisitions, ensuring seamless transition and long-term success by providing hands-on support, project management, and financial expertise to their leadership and divisional executives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end financial, compliance, and reporting integration for new acquisitions.
2. Act as the primary finance point of contact for acquired companies and divisional executives.
3. Personally manage and execute key integration tasks while training the new company's team.
4. Oversee fiscal year alignment and manage any necessary legal entity changes.
5. Proactively identify and resolve unforeseen integration challenges.
6. Mentor and support the new company's team, connecting them with internal resources.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the integration process.
What You'll Bring:
1. Qualified Accountant
2. Strong financial reporting experience within a PLC environment.
3. Proven ability to implement and ensure adherence to robust internal controls.
4. Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration abilities.
5. Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
6. Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic environment.
7. M&A experience (advantageous).
