Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Registered General Nurse to provide patient care across various healthcare settings. You will work with patients suffering from a range of medical conditions, administering treatments, providing emotional support, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You must be compassionate, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patients’ conditions and create care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Assist with patient mobility and personal care.
* Work with doctors, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure effective communication.
* Participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration as a General Nurse.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
* 6 Months NHS experience is a Must
