We are looking for an experienced theatre practitioner RN/ODP to join our friendly and busy operating department in a leadership role.
The main responsibility will be supporting ENT services with cross support to ophthalmology, but this is not exclusive.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop into a leadership role for a practitioner with 3 or more years of experience in the operating theatre environment.
You will be leading a specialty service and supporting a team of theatre staff.
You will assist the Theatre Management team in managing the department, including staff deployment, equipment, supplies, and resources.
You will carry 24-hour responsibility for the department in the absence of the Theatre Manager or Deputy Theatre Manager.
