Key Account Manager - Multiple Sclerosis - North England
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market access for our MS portfolio across the North of England. This role requires strong experience in neurology, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to execute strategic account plans in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including neurologists, MS nurses, pharmacists, and payors.
* Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product adoption and advocacy.
* Ensure formulary inclusion and manage market access processes within NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Systems (ICS).
* Deliver high-quality product presentations and clinical discussions to healthcare professionals.
* Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Marketing) to align on strategy and execution.
* Maintain compliance with ABPI Code of Practice and all relevant regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record in MS pharmaceutical sales.
* Strong understanding of NHS structures, market access, and formulary processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a large geographical territory.
* ABPI qualification (or willingness to obtain).
* Full UK driving license.
