Join a well established manufacturing business in York who are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support their commercial team during a busy period.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience working in a busy office, enjoys customer interaction, accurate admin work and helping keep sales processes running smoothly. .
Some of the Sales Administrators key duties include:
* Processing sales orders and updating the internal CRM
* Preparing quotes, sending order confirmations and following up with customers
* Checking stock availability and coordinating with production or dispatch
* Producing simple reports for the sales team using Microsoft Excel
* Supporting the Sales Manager with customer enquiries and day to day admin tasks
* Ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date on the system
You will enjoy this role if you are a strong communicator with a friendly approach, confident using Microsoft packages, and happy working in a hands on environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
This temporary position is full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for up to 3 months, and will be earning £12.50 per hour.
