The Role:
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The role will be full-time and permanent and will follow a hybrid working pattern with a mixture of working from home & our Liverpool office. The role will include the following activities:
* Mentoring & coaching a team of Business Analysts
* Defining and maintaining BA processes
* Setting and governing both requirements & ticket standards
* Fostering stakeholder engagement & ensuring strong communication
* Strong technical knowledge to enable you to evaluate solutions & complete validation
* Analysing high-level business problems, identifying opportunities & recommending data-driven improvements
* Contributing to business cases, ROI analysis and strategic initiatives
* Enabling cross-functional collaboration & leadership
* Writing detailed business requirement documents (BRDs)
* Prioritising, organising and balancing important tasks and any additional duties as required, commensurate with the role
The Person:
You will need to have significant experience in a similar role, which would typically include at least c. 5+ years’ experience as a business analyst with considerable line management activities, ideally working alongside UX, engineering, product, and QA teams.
Essential Skills:
· Exceptional analytical skills
· Significant experience of line managing a team, including mentoring & coaching
Desirable Skills:
· Experience of working within the sports betting and/or casino industries
