Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive Basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
About the role
In this role, you’ll use your experience to identify, engage, and place high-quality SAP professionals into global contract opportunities. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
* Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
* Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements
* Format and prepare CVs for client submission
* Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database
* Maintain accurate candidate and activity records
* Develop and manage long-term candidate relationships
* Support contract and fixed-term hiring requirements
* Gather market intelligence and potential leads from candidate conversations
* Work closely with the Resource Manager and Sales Consultant to understand current and upcoming resourcing needs
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or account management related fields.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
* Familiarity with international markets and SAP technologies is a strong advantage.
* Background in IT or technology recruitment
* Experience recruiting contract or fixed-term roles
* Exposure to SAP or ERP recruitment
* Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience)
* Uncapped commission with high earning potential
* Early Friday finish (4:00 PM)
