As part of their ongoing growth, they’re looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join their expanding team across several key UK regions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building and growing relationships with brokers, property developers, and financial intermediaries
* Generating new business opportunities through an established network and database
* Managing the full loan process from enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties
* Promoting a diverse range of short-term finance solutions to property professionals
* Representing the company at industry events and building brand awareness in your region
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years’ experience in Bridging Finance or Development Finance
* Strong market knowledge and a solid understanding of property lending
* Proven track record in business development or sales
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Professional phone manner and ability to manage a pipeline efficiently
* A genuine interest in property and finance
