Business Development Executive
Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Salary: 30K + 12k OTE (uncapped)
An established UK professional services organisation is looking for a Business Development Executive to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of client relationships.
This is a new business-focused role for a driven Business Development Manager looking to build pipeline, win new clients, and grow accounts over time. You’ll be supported by a structured Sales Academy, ongoing coaching, and clear progression pathways.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive growth by building relationships with key decision-makers across both new and existing customers
* Converting opportunities through a full 360 sales cycle
* Create tailored quotes and proposals that meet customer needs
* Keep all sales activity accurately updated in Microsoft Dynamics
* Develop and execute a clear quarterly territory plan to unlock growth opportunities
* Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to generate opportunities
* Continuously build your product knowledge and sharpen your sales approach
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Around 1-2 years experience in B2B sales, engaging stakeholders across phone, email, and face-to-face (BDR, SDR, or Account Manager stepping into new business)
* Proven ability or strong desire to win new business
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Resilient, proactive, and target-driven
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
