Lecturer in Psychology at QA Higher Education, Birmingham campus, full-time, permanent.

* Design and develop innovative, future‑focused curriculum content.

* Assess and provide timely, impactful feedback to enhance learning.
* Contribute to research and scholarly activity within the department.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain excellence in teaching and quality assurance.
* Play an active role in BPS accreditation and continuous programme improvement.

About You
Your Experience
* Teaching psychology in higher education, ideally across BPS‑aligned modules.
* Designing and delivering curriculum to professional standards.
* Research experience or clear potential to contribute academically.
Your Skills & Knowledge
* Strong understanding of BPS accreditation and GBC curriculum.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Passion for delivering an inclusive, engaging learning experience.
* Commitment to student success and continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Psychology (PhD desirable).
* Eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the BPS (essential).
Working Together
You’ll work closely with Programme Leaders, Module Leaders, and the wider academic team to deliver a consistent, high‑quality student experience, ensuring excellence across teaching, assessment, and student support.
