Snapshot of your role
1. Act as the main point of contact for all Housing Ombudsman enquiries and information requests.
2. Coordinate information and responses across teams, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met.
3. Manage and track actions from Ombudsman decisions through to completion
4. Maintainaccuraterecords, databases, and updates on housing management systems.
5. Produce clear, professional communications in line with the Complaint Handling Code.
