About The Role

We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join our Retail Operations team, focusing on supporting the operational development of our UK and US retail divisions. This role involves designing and implementing scalable retail processes aligned with growth ambitions. Join the Retail Operations Team at the Nest in Barton Upon Humber.

Main Responsibilities:

* Support delivery of new operational processes across UK and US retail.
* Act as the key link between UK and US teams, ensuring communication and process alignment.
* Lead or support implementation projects to improve efficiency, compliance, and consistency.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise retail performance.
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on store KPIs to achieve and exceed targets.
* Coach and develop store teams and field leaders in operational excellence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, IT) for seamless execution.
* Proactively address operational risks and issues.
* Champion adoption of new technologies and tools.
* Standardise and document procedures for consistency across locations.
