Sous Chef required for a 2-Rosette destination restaurant near Sevenoaks. This is a strategic hire; the Executive Chef is looking for the chef to transition into the Head Chef role and run the kitchen team.
The Package
* Base Salary: £37,000 - £40,000
* Guaranteed Tronc: £4,000 + Additional Tips
* Total OTE: £41,000 - £44,000

* Oversee daily operations in a high-volume, fine-dining kitchen.

Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' experience in high-end or fine-dining kitchens.
* Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team independently.
* Ambition to take full ownership of a kitchen as a Head Chef.
* Driving license required due to the rural location.
