What’s In Store for You: As an International Sales and Development Executive, your primary role is to assist your manager and meet the needs of our customers, in the sale of pharmaceutical goods, with a view to maximising revenue and profit margins for the business. Daily involvement with both suppliers and customers, you will provide assistance to ensure customer expectations are achieved. Your role requires the highest degree of integrity, diligence, and attention to detail. You will take guidance from and follow instructions given by your line manager, to ensure that Target Healthcare International remains compliant within pharmaceutical, regulatory and company policies. Key Responsibilities Operational Support Assist your manager with day-to-day activities across purchasing, quality, warehousing, customer support, and business development. Raise supplier orders for pharmaceutical products in full compliance with UK GDP regulations, company policies, and SOPs. Compliance and Documentation Ensure all export documentation is received, filed accurately, and completed for every order. Support MHRA regulatory inspections by verifying that customer and supplier licenses are current and properly documented. Report any shipment issues immediately (e.g., temperature deviations, customs delays, damages, or theft) to your manager and the Quality department. Customer and Supplier Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective suppliers and customers. Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with products and services. Assist in negotiating commercial terms with customers and suppliers. Market Research and Development Work alongside your manager to identify new target markets, assess competitor advantages, and generate new leads. Research products and market trends using available resources; highlight regional shortages and source alternatives for customers. Collaborate with management and colleagues to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. Continuous Improvement and Professional Conduct Actively seek feedback and apply it to improve performance. Attend trade exhibitions and conferences when required to promote the company and its services. Maintain and enhance knowledge of IT systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance. Uphold company policies and statutory standards for health, safety, hygiene, and security. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity at all times, recognizing that your conduct reflects the company’s reputation. Use initiative and sound judgment while following management direction when necessary. What We’re Looking For: Previous pharmaceutical knowledge and experience within a regulated environment, ideally Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or Food. Have an understanding of the considerations of GDP gained from previous work experience desirable. High degree of accuracy, numeracy, and literacy, with excellent communication skills. Computer literate (Word, Excel etc.) Good communications skills Multi language stills desirable, but not essential. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in order of importance.
