Head of Account Management Contingent Labour / Professional Services
Leicestershire | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the contingent labour market and knows how to build, protect, and grow high-value client relationships.
Youll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic B2B clients, acting as the commercial lead across service delivery, retention, and revenue growth. Alongside this, youll lead and develop a small account management function, setting the standard for how clients are engaged, reviewed, and retained.
The role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, client success, and service delivery. Youll work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality, insight-led service, while identifying opportunities to expand relationships through cross-sell and up-sell.
This position is well suited to someone who has operated in recruitment, managed services, IR35/off-payroll, or wider contingent workforce solutions, and is comfortable being the senior commercial presence with clients.
Role:
