A Service Account Manager/Service Business Development/Service Sales Manager is required to join a market-leading HVAC contractor, specializing in service and maintenance across universities, hospitals, government facilities, and large campuses.
The Service Account Manager/Service Business Development/Service Sales Manager will play a key role in developing, managing, and growing long-term client relationships within the institutional market.
An ideal Service Account Manager/Service Business Development/Service Sales Manager requires strong technical knowledge of chillers, central plants, and complex HVAC systems, combined with proven account management skills.
Package & Location
* $100,000 – $130,000 base salary

Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned institutional and healthcare accounts.
* Manage all service and maintenance activities for chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and central plants.
* Develop and deliver tailored service plans, lifecycle planning, and efficiency upgrades.
* Collaborate with service technicians and project teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
* Drive renewal of service agreements and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Requirements
* 5–10 years’ experience in HVAC service account management.
* Strong technical background in chillers, boilers, and central energy plants.
* Proven track record of managing institutional or healthcare clients.
* Financial acumen with experience preparing budgets and proposals.
* Proficiency in CRM and service management software.
