Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at PoolBar London. The role is based in Chelmsford, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing executive schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling communication on behalf of executives, and ensuring overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and delivering high-quality executive support
* Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
* Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Prior experience in a similar role strongly preferred
* Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
