Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client weekly and monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent client communication skills and proficiency in various office, accounting and payroll software systems.
We use Money Soft payroll, full training will be provided. The position is offered on a self employed basis
Duties
* Process client payroll accurately and on time using Money Soft software.
* Maintain client employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay or benefits.
* Perform data entry tasks to ensure all payroll information is up to date and accurate.
* Maintain client pension records.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role within an accounting or human resources environment.
* Proficiency in relevant software.
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent analytical skills for reviewing payroll data and identifying discrepancies.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
