Your Role As a Sales Customer Relationship Manager
* Achieve sales targets by selling vehicles and associated products/add‑ons
* Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service
* Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate
* Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to ensure that customers receive the best service
* Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects
* Pro‑actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle
What Are We Looking For?
* A full driving licence, Manual and Auto
* Honesty, with high levels of integrity
* Ability to work weekends on a regular basis
* Target‑driven, customer‑focused individuals, ideally with sales experience
* Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
* Competency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience
* Well‑presented with a passion for delivering outstanding service
* Ability to work within defined processes and maintain accurate records
* Resiliency and results‑focused; always be open to positive feedback
