Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, following relevant examination specifications.
* Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
* Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including coding projects, robotics, and data analysis, to enhance student learning.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys.
* Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Computer Science examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria.
* Contribute to the development of the Computer Science curriculum and resources.
* Foster a passion for computer science in students, encouraging them to develop their problem-solving and programming skills.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to computer science and technology.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science.
* Demonstrated ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Experience in preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Computer Science examinations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and programming skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
* A passion for computer science and a commitment to fostering innovation.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
