The Role
As Head of Marketing, youll be the driving force behind integrated, audience-first marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of events, digital platforms, and brand experiences. Youll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact, cross-channel campaigns that drive ticket sales, grow audiences, and elevate brand equity.
What Youll Be Doing
* Planning and executing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, email, content, partnerships, and traditional media.
* Overseeing full marketing efforts including social, search and OOH advertising
* Own and evolve the brand identity across every consumer touchpoint
* Drive CRM and website optimisation to boost ticket sales and engagement
* Lead and mentor high-performing marketing and creative teams
* Manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI
* Report campaign insights and marketing performance to senior stakeholders
* Identify emerging trends, platforms, and growth opportunities
* Collaborate with PR and influencer agencies to expand campaign reach
