Were looking for a highly organised, passionate and results-driven individual to join our CRM Team as a Senior CRM Coordinator.
In this key role, youll take ownership of driving our CRM strategies forward, playing an important part in how we connect with our customers. Youll help enhance customer engagement, acquisition, retention and lifetime value through thoughtful, data-driven campaigns across email, direct mail and SMS creating meaningful connections at every stage of the customer journey.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage, plan and deliver CRM Campaigns across all channels (email, direct mail and SMS) including BAU & life cycle automated journeys and wider CRM initiatives.
2. Coordinate proposals, campaign timelines, creative briefs, approvals and deployment schedules.
3. Monitor campaign performance using key metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
4. Ensuring campaigns are relevant by identifying audience segmentations to optimise engagement.
